🧾 Terms of Service
VECTAΦ is a made-to-order brand. All products are fulfilled by our trusted partner, Printful, allowing us to reduce waste and produce only what’s needed — in alignment with our minimalist values.
By placing an order, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete shipping information.
- Acknowledge that all items are printed specifically for your order.
- Allow 2–7 business days for fulfillment before shipping.
VECTAΦ reserves the right to cancel orders due to fulfillment issues, stock limitations, or suspected misuse.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
Since every item is custom printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective.
- You received the wrong item or size.
If there’s an issue with your order, please email us at contact@vectaphi.com within 14 days of delivery. Be sure to include:
- Your order number
- A photo clearly showing the issue
Please note: We cannot offer replacements or refunds for buyer’s remorse or wrong size selection. Be sure to consult our size guide before ordering.

Production Time: 2–7 business days
Estimated Delivery:
- USA: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 7–16 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of world: 10–20 business days
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your item ships. Delivery times may vary due to customs, region, or seasonal delays.
